Chug a beer (review) - Burning Sky Saison Reserve

Burning Sky Saison Reserve

Who could imagine that I ordered this beer the first time, just because I wanted to get pissed (drunk) as this was the beer with 7.5% alcohol in it. The colour is hazed yellow-blonde with whitish top. The taste is a mix of well great beer with very subtle hints of lemon and other flavours. This is why I am an amateur critic as I can’t really come up with the right words, but this beer is worth giving a shot by everyone. Interesting story – While having a discussion with a close football friend, who is known as the beer Wikipedia, in the middle of a late night party, came to know that his favourite beer is also burning sky. This just gave a lot of credibility to my beer critique. This is a Grodziskie/Gose/Lichtenhainer, which is again a wheat beer which tends to be more sour.
